So I thought I would give a short introduction to myself.
I’ve been a political junky since I started reading the newspaper at age 11 when I got my first paper route.
I was encouraged to join this site by Josh Marshall of TPM, which I’ve been reading since the 2000 election, when it started.

Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution explicitly grants Congress the power "To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises" and "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations."

Fuck Trump, and the rest of you Republicans giving away our government to him.
