SO many jaw dropping revelations in this, from them firing 80% of the career ICE field leadership, to Noem's appeals to Republicans to write op-eds backing her, to Lewandowski firing people who wouldn't authorize a gun, to hiring back the fired pilot because they had no one else to fly them home.
The Wall Street Journal story on Noem and Lewandowski is just a bus running over them, backing up, running over them again, and on and on. A line of admin officials waiting to get their turn at the wheel.

i remember watching the news (from LA) with my dad around 1971 when lines started opening up, and i was blown away by those trains that looked so cool. i remember something about predicting the work would go well into the 2000s and i remember asking my dad how old will i be then :D
