Get it while it's hot, y'all!

Get some weird vibes in yer eyeballs.

Culty preachers, generational trauma and respect for the fauxcumentary/found footage genre.

For fans of "We're all going to the world's fair", "Butterfly Kisses" and "The Blair Witch Project".
MAN FINDS TAPE is out today in the UK thanks to @vertigorel.bsky.social! I hope horror fans over there have fun with our weird, creepy movie.

One of my absolute favorite TV moments: 1997. Ving Rhames, brilliant in the HBO film Don King: Only In America, is up for a Golden Globe against Gary Sinise, Matthew Modine, Armand Assante, and Jack Lemmon. He wins. And then... youtu.be/gt6cm7yu9iM

'Dead Man’s Wire' Proves Gus Van Sant Movies Still Matter
Gus Van Sant makes a comeback 8 years later with 'Dead Man's Wire, a lightweight 'Dog Day Afternoon' riff that is a ton of fun.

Tomorrow I get to gush about half our lineup!

I mean, I'm going to gush about the *whole* SXSW lineup, but tomorrow's just the first wave.

Indie movie lovers, you're eating well.
In happier news, we announce the first wave of the SXSW program next week.

It rules.

Fangoria was so fundamental to my interest not just in horror, but filmmaking in general.

Having MAN FINDS TAPE in its pages is a literal high school dream come true.

This was the first time I met Scott in person. Easily one of my favorite theater experiences. You could hear Scott very loudly laughing throughout the absurdity of everything happening on screen. And the screening wasn’t private so random people also bought tickets.

The journey GOOD BOY has been on since SXSW is just pure dream stuff. Love it for them. Indie horror rules.
Ben Leonberg's short and rather wonderful movie, GOOD BOY, is shot from the dog's perspective.
It works.

Since everything '80s is being rebooted, maybe we should also just go back to everyone having to walk out to a lobby to conduct business.

Also, DEAD MAN'S WIRE is the real title. My brain is mush.
DEAD MAN'S TRIGGER was one of my faves from TIFF. Big recommend.
