Someone should start a new TV show: As The White House Turns. Plot: Trump & GOP threaten free speech, then the FCC dials up censorship, and the twist? They blame the media for catching them. Ratings are wildly high, unclear if tragedy or satire. And naturally, the show would get pulled off the air.

More CPU cores don’t always help. It’s like saying nine women can make a baby in one month.
Biology doesn’t work that way and neither do algorithms with sequential bottlenecks. Some things just aren’t embarrassingly parallel, no matter how many cores you throw at them. 😅

I sleep so much better at night knowing that Jim O’Neill, the Acting Director of the CDC, one of the most important positions in U.S. health, responsible for the lives of over 300 million people, brings to the job his extensive experience in managing venture capital.
