I just want to make sure... You do know renewables are just one part of the fix right?

Like agriculture, deforestation, plastics, pollution, landfill, soil degradation, urban heat effect from infill, ocean acidification/coral bleaching/algal bloom...

There's quite a big list.
“The reason it is happening is a profound surge of renewable energy generation in the country. In October, for the first time ever, clean energy trumped fossil fuels in supplying electricity to homes and businesses on the eastern seaboard”

www.abc.net.au/news/2025-11...
The wind blows, yet turbines lie still. It's a symptom of Australia's renewables glut
Mountains of clean power are regularly "wasted" as Australia's energy system evolves. But a large amount of battery storage is waiting in the wings, ready to soak it up.

Time for the govt to stop prevaricating

Once again vulnerable kids are left out of policy, just like Australia's upcoming detail-lacking social media ban for under 16s.

No scope for disabled kids, socially isolated kids, and kids who need to be contactable at school.

How many more kids get home schooled when these kind of bans begin?
😡
'Ultimately, the anti-smartphone crusade feels like a nostalgic yearning for a simpler time that never truly existed. The solution isn't a ban that relieves us of our educational duty'

Eh.
People still read this and go,
Someone else's problem.

The world of humans isn't set up to deal with this stuff.

But some of us see it. And weep.

Jeepers. Another failing system.
Sounds like a world out of whack on too many fronts.

No surprise to anyone informed on the pressures our planet is facing, but terrifying nonetheless.

These stories are popping up too frequently to ignore.

Across the the Blue Mountains, apple farmers are noticing less fruit this season. Some are wondering if it's linked to varroa mite.

Extreme weather, pests, diseases happening daily now.
Tipping points passed.
Supply chains broken, food production at risk.

What about you today? Can you educate yourself? Make changes? Write to govt?

Can you do ONE thing?

Your 'moment of doom' for Nov. 3, 2025 ~ Category 6.

Category 6 is the new hurricane normal, say scientists

They stop colds, flus and other airborne illness.

They’re also highly effective against pollen, pollution, wildfire smoke and environmental triggers.

Many maskers haven’t been sick in years.

Respirators are pretty amazing.
