Russians are bombing residential areas of Kherson with MLRS (Multi Launch Rocket Systems). It's the artillery version of shooting at civilians with machine guns.

"Terrorism" does not even begin to describes this.
And our lack of reaction to that (beyond vain words) is appalling.
