This is how you know the architect he picked has no skill. I’ve seen designers put descriptions into AI for presentations and then the client expects that exact design. This is not possible. Also not how any design process works. Just a bunch of grifters

ICE was in my neighborhood today and Chicagoans stood up. But at the same time I talked to multiple people who said their grad schools went on lockdown. They are traumatizing everyone!!

Fun fact: in the late 1800s and early 1900s it was very common to mix asbestos into concrete because it helped prevent the concrete from cracking and is extremely fire resistant. Also it is a million billion tiny knives that hate the cells in your lungs with a passion.

When Chase demolished 270 Park Avenue, it took them two years and there was an absolute fuckton of asbestos abatement involved, and that building was built in 1960. A building built in 1902 would be approximately 40% asbestos by volume.
