Same here. There is such a thing as an Introvert's Hangover. I was overjoyed when I found out that there was such a thing.

I have an elderly neighbour who used to verbally bludgeon me on hearing the words "Good morning", and I could never understand why these interactions used to be so draining.

Between January and November 2023, the world's average temperature reached 15.1°C (59.2°F), marking a record 1.46°C (2.63°F) increase from pre-industrial levels. This warming surpassed that for the same period in 2016, the prior warmest year.
