we are late posting about it, but! AEW returns to the alleged state of Florida with a big 6th Anniversary show! We got a really solid show out of it with a huge title match, a mixed-tag main event and we get possessed again by the ghost of George C. Scott.

This was nearly twenty years ago... I should redo this same corpse paint to next photoshoot. Previous one was simplified.

Black metal spoke to me in a very deep level. It still does to this day. It gave me the keys into the occult, witchcraft, Finnish traditions, Satanism, paranormal, philossophy. It has changed my life in a profound way. Through it I found friends and ways to my artistic expression through music. It spoke to me as I am an outcast, an outsider. I've always been the odd one who doesn't fit in and black metal is perfect music for misfits. I love its rebellion, rejection of the surrounding society. Its individualism and insane strength in how it comforts the disturbed, and disturbs the comfortable. It spoke to me as a medium for expression of my inner darkness and celebration of my demons and darker sides of human condition. It relieved the existencial pain I've suffered since I was kid. It was a conduit to extreme self control which is likely one of the reasons I haven't committed suicide by either direct means or fucked up lifestyle. How ironic is that? When I was very self dstructive, I always ended up playing Drep De Kristne album by Troll, it was almost like meditation by self harm, or in some cases, it was a blood letting demon worship ritual. It spoke to me as an expression of deep spiritual matters, that spiritual void which nothing else could fill was gone. It gave me the keys to figuring out who I am today. Its more than music, its personal, its been formative to my entire identity and my personality. Note that no other genre of any music has had such profoundly deep effect on me, ever. The reason is simple, there's something primal that speaks without words, on a soul side spiritual level. A lot of times black metal is still the soundtrack my of life, soundtrack of my craft and who I am. Its greater than life. To me its been existencial. Black metal saved me from much harsher fate and made me to the person I am today. Such is its effect. Black metal is my Prometheus.
