I'm so proud of everything we did in the PAXU Access Forward Gaming Lounge and PTI this year. Talking with Matt gave me a ton of hope and optimism around creators adjusting their games so that us bats and other disabled people can have equal experiences at the game table.

Yes but hormone replacement and hormone blockers are not insulin. Socially transitioning is a better call since the risk of the medications can be grave. Blaire white has lamented the infertility she got from these kinds of drugs and she wasn't fully aware of the risks as an adult.
imagine having to hear shit like "study confirms giving diabetic children insulin reduces their death rates by 100%" as if that hasn't been known for like a hunred years. that's what being trans is like

I really enjoy letting the hair on my arms grow out to a certain point because every time it happens I can see it getting thinner and sparser.
Eventually I have to get rid of it again because it starts inducing dysphoria, but for me it otherwise provides a pretty affirming indicator of progress.
