It's kinda miserable watching what happened to musicians happen to authors. Traditional publishing getting less and less interested in doing the things that help people starting out and instead looking to parasitise the work they do to build their own audiences is the record company model.

Google has started automatically opting you in to let it read your stuff to train AI. You need to turn this off in SEVERAL places in your settings (not just for Gmail), if you want to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

A big thing is, don't namesearch. If someone snitch tags you over someone else saying something about you, YOU DIDN'T SEE IT! Don't have any extension that tells you if people block you, you don't need to know. I assume people block me because I'm annoying.

There's a terrifying amount who enthusiastically support this but also... same in the UK, so, I am deeply aware of what it feels like to live in a country where 1/3rd+ of the population have been convinced to hate anything good in life.

Kevin Sorbo was in his 30s and in peak physical condition (he was currently playing Hercules), and he had three strokes after he had his neck cracked by his chiropractor.

1) Netflix is determined to capture the key 'making spaghetti' demographic.
2) As my partner pointed out, they HAVE an audio caption service that is pretty good, but they've decided it is easier to warp all programming than advertise it.
