My trans kid was so bullied for being feminine that they ultimately school-refused. I had to home ed them alone, with no support for books/outings/resources, after their school lied that I was "voluntarily" home-edding to keep their Ofsted standing.

Trans people are being challenged, misgendered and harassed whether they use a facility that aligns with their sex assigned at birth, or not. Many gender non conforming women also report more challenges in gendered spaces.

My son is on blockers legally from before the ban and we did everything they told us to do and now we are being threatened with social services if we don't allow them to "safely withdraw" medication. They admit that the impact will be "stark" for our kids but they are going to do it anyway.
