I know that I’m a Canadian and the ICE kidnappings are supposed to be “not my problem” because they are happening in another country but I could not help but cry when considering all the suffering.

I am very much looking forward to see jim jordan, a man who couldn't pass the bar, question Jack Smith, a former top war crimes prosecutor at The Hague.

Saskatchewan: We are going to force people into addiction treatment against their will!!

Also, Saskatchewan: I’m sorry, there is not enough room for. Oluntary drug treatment anywhere.

🤣🤣🤣
I’m not a university educator, but I do listen to university students for dozens of hours a week.
I work with a lot of university students, none of them are watching recorded lectures. Maybe they’re reading the transcripts, maybe not. Live is a pain in the ass, but I think it’s more educational. You have no idea how boring those recorded lectures are.

Ladies, you can tell a lot about a man by the way dogs react to him. For instance, if the Police K9 is biting him, he may not be the one.

I survived the "Hallway to Hell"! All of the nurses and Docs were angels but stretchers in the hallway with no bathrooms or call bells, lights on all night, and doors banging open and shut all night in a "civilized country"? Do better. #yxe

Watching One Battle After Another - this is a must see movie in the theater. I don’t know if I’ve ever watched an American/Hollywood movie with this feel or this message. It’s making me consider my own choices as a socialist and an activist. I’m not even sure if I can describe it.
Can you explain why? Thanks for the heads up. I will definitely stock up.
Do not trust Google Maps in rural Saskatchewan. Staying on paved highways unless you can’t avoid it.

Canadian COVID Forecast Sep 27 - Oct 10, 2025

SASKATCHEWAN

VERY HIGH [increasing]

About 1 of every 44 people is infected.

Compared to lowest point of pandemic in Canada:

-Infections: 8.9 x higher
-Long COVID: 6 x higher
-Hospitalizations: 15 x higher
-Deaths: 13.4 x higher
As someome who personally survived the intergenerational effects of residential school in a family, today is a hard day for me. I appreciate the public awareness but it brings up so much sadness.

So, basically TikTok is going to be dead like Vine and we're going to another place. K.

I can't read these without crying right now. It is so crucial to know what was done to our parents and loved ones. 🪶💔

Heard from a friend at Disney+ that there are multiple levels of freakout internally, both from internal dissatisfaction, concerns about subscription cancelations, and of course the big one: concern about a boycott spilling over into parks and cruises.
Do you ship to Canada?
Sorry to hear about your injury! Which ER got you in and out so fast?

Matthew Dowd was fired from MSNBC for stating that Charlie Kirk pushed hate speech. Brian Kilmeade just called for homeless people to be given lethal injections live on air and Fox is not firing him.

The left and the right are not the same.

I knew things would get bad and weird, I did not anticipate however that mainstream media would immediately coalesce around a fictional concept of Kirk that all but ignores what exactly made him popular with MAGA, and very rich.

I have written and deleted a lot of posts but I keep thinking about how the brutal assassination of Minnesota State senator Melissa Hortman, her husband Mark, and their beloved dog Gilbert in June did not prompt this same level of calls for empathy, sympathy, and flags at half-mast.
