A few minutes of qigong is a good way to gently resume activity if you've started to improve after a long crash or are housebound but know you need to & are able to stretch. While the practice varies a lot, it's mainly stretching and gentle movement, and you can easily adapt poses & stop whenever.
Yeah, and ppl who take exception to this kind of narrative from patients are always pretending we're advising people to bedrot. What we're saying is that movement is good for you until it causes PEM. At that point and beyond, more exertion is bad. It's really not hard to understand!
