Sleeping Beauty, another track released solo first, on Candy Ass, then redone with 2nd gen AMC on The Golden Age.

AMC version is better as the music is super lush. Really like the repeated refrain on hands, just lovely.

Lyrics great if bleak, music a bit meh. He does it a lot live and I've grown to like it more as he really commits.

I Live In This Place

From the musical Marine Parade that Eitzel co-created with the playwright Simon Stephens. Stark and musically pretty straightforward but i love the lyrics, esp. the four time riff on 'melted away'.
