A relaxing experimental art challenge for everyone who‘s stressed out thinking about participating in those one-drawing-a-day challenges (the “-tober‘s for example). Don’t get burned out, play around with my prompts instead if you feel like it! You can use the provided color palette/adjectives/nation, or not, it’s up to you! Also, no deadlines, not even dates for orientation, you can always try this challenge, absolutely no pressure! I had to do that when my cat needed an inhaler, and the vet warned us to be careful when looking for one bc there are a lot of scammy websites out there posing as real pharmacies but are not accredited or licensed. as if navigating the healthcare system wasn't stressful enough!

If you’re not already, start to:
- Say no, and cultivate a stronger no (put to bed what is wishy washy within yourself)
- Eat a greater variety of greens
- Think carefully and privately about your values, gender, and style (maybe interrogate them)
- Use your good stuff
- Take community rec classes
