I love my students. They’re serious, open-minded, intellectually curious, hardworking. When I tell people that, they usually say “REALLY??” Because they think they’re all cancel culture militants or woke snowflakes or whatever the propaganda says this week.
Is someone going to ask Steve Bannon what he meant by this?

Wolff trying to make it look as though the investigation of Epstein was a result of retaliation by Trump over the real estate deal involving Rybolovlev. And implying that what was going on under Epstein's roof was prostitution, rather than trafficking and child rape.

Read Virginia Giuffre's book and then try to take in the meaning of all this. It's unfathomably awful.
I spent the morning at the DOJ looking at the unredacted Epstein files. Here are my initial thoughts and what I've found, so far.

Decades of government failure to hold people accountable!
Elite privilege!
No Justice!

Yep
This just shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how to do news. Data helps, but data doesn’t tell a reporter to spend a years-long investigation into child labor or an editor to place staff in a country on the brink of war. What exactly does Bezos think WaPo’s “journalistic mission” is?
Jeff Bezos' statement, his first since last week's layoffs: "The Post has an essential journalistic mission and an extraordinary opportunity. Each and every day our readers give us a roadmap to success. The data tells us what is valuable and where to focus."
