If you voted for abortion bans, mass deportations, the betrayal of our alliance, intelligence and security assets, suppression of books and ideas, by a christo-fascist white-nationalist, misogynist, transphobic government, because milk is too expensive, you are a fucking moron.

Worth remembering: Read a Book.
Your education cannot be social media. If you're not reading, you're not learning. Podcasts can be educational when they have scholars, authors, etc who actually have expertise on a topic. Reading is essential. When Kendrick said "turn the TV off" it was more than a metaphor.

We are being governed by dangerous morons.
more idiocracy in US government, daily
Headlines like this are extremely dangerous. Because moms of young kids are the people who make the bulk of the vaccine decisions for famillies. And for a lot of them, "reading the news" looks like scrolling past headlines on social media in the spare moments of the chaos of caring for kids.

How we beat back the corporate takeover of America:

1. Break up corporate monopolies

2. Continue building union power

3. End Citizens United and get big money out of politics

Let’s keep working to unrig the system.

SNAP is a lifeline for workers in low-wage jobs.

Meanwhile, CEOs are paid 280x as much as the typical worker.

Don’t be angry at workers for using food stamps.

Be angry at the corporations paying them so little that they need them.

Absolutely disgusting. The cruelty is the point.
I don’t know how many times I’ve watched this video.

I don’t know how we’ve gotten to the point where men in full balaclavas can abduct daycare teachers while they’re watching children.

But I do know that this isn’t sustainable. Abolish ICE. There is no way to reform this.

This is incredibly dangerous. I cannot believe that Drumpf and his lackeys intend to let this go on during the holiday travel season.
A surge in callouts among air traffic controllers "is straining staffing levels" at multiple airports across the US — including in the NYC area where 80% of controllers are absent.

The FAA said half of the 30 busiest facilities were experiencing staffing shortages, "leading to widespread impacts."

Medicare for All would save $450B a year.

Every dollar spent on food stamps generates $1.50-$1.80 in economic activity.

Each dollar going to low-wage workers adds $1.20 to the economy overall.

It’s not about what this country can or can’t afford.

It’s about priorities.
