hey hey, haven't posted here in a bit. i had a pretty serious accident at the end of 2023 that meant i spent almost all of 2024 in the hospital. im at home now and (still) recovering. the injures i sustained have made typing and art much more difficult.

something very sad i learned recently is that, in his last letter to herbert marcuse, adorno signs his name as "teddie" instead of theodor and writes "you really do have to reckon with a badly damaged teddie". marcuse addressed all his letters to adorno as "teddy" but adorno usually signed "theodor"
