This training was excellent. We did 2 roleplays of an ice raid. We did so much better in round 2. It was helpful both in concrete learning terms but also in confidence building.

i think it is best to understand that behaving in a way that makes people describing you accurately sound like a crank is part of the strategy and part of the violence, it is done specifically for that reason, and it is made specifically to capitalize on and harm people with delusions
I don't know how to integrate this into my worldview without becoming a crank, or even more of a crank. I try very hard to remain a sensible, steady person always firmly in touch with reality but reality increasingly resembles a roller coaster during an earthquake.
