People with chronic illness have enough trouble getting the medical support they need from doctors without being harangued by a government busybody pressuring them into employment.

All but the least disruptive, most passive & compliant protest has been criminalised in the UK. And now the government want the police to stop even that if it's done "too often".

Protest is a human right, a foundation of democracy, and if it's denied, civil disobedience becomes a moral duty.

In sharp contrast, Met police are mass arresting protestors in Trafalgar Square for holding the same signs, despite claiming limited resources.

This weekend many more people will sit peacefully in non-compliance with the government's unjust use of anti-terrorism legislation to suppress anti-genocide activism. Effective deliberative democracy needs a lot more than a handful of assemblies & a 2 day national conference. I'm not paying to join an opaque process.
