No it's because for some of us it is more convenient to drive our kid to school than to have to get them up at 530 in the morning to be able to make the bus at 615 and then have them sit on the bus for an hour and a half on the way home too. 8 year old should not have a 530am-430pm day
What should I have expected from the hand wringing was website but people who are smothering their kids in the hope that their kid will never ever develop the independent skills to actually leave. If you're going to do this, get a dog, it's less cruel.

i think its a shame how many people see wei wuxian smiling through bad times as 100% a mask rather than him making the choice to move forward and find happiness because imo thats a pretty important part of his character & the themes of the book

my thought on new wizard book things coming out is that outrage has a tendency to turn into a bigot streisand effect and its probably best to not make tons of posts about how everyone participating in the thing sucks. they do suck, but it seems to draw in other people who suck like a moth to a flame
