Something I learned the other day - Nokia, or at least some of their IP, ended up being bought out by a Chinese company. HMD I think. That seems a more likely outcome for Toyota.

This is an agreement started by Biden. The Qataris are not literally building their own base. It will be built by the US, paid for by Qatar, and collocated with the US base, like existing bases. Hegseth is either a poor communicator or doesn’t understand this, or both.
