The shattered ruin of the once mighty castle on the Rock of Dunamase still dominates the landscape. It was constructed to guard fiercely contested border lands between the Norman colonists and powerful Irish families like the O'Moores.

🆕 | Cuts to Integrated Care Boards (ICB) from the Westminster govt will:

- reduce care services
- put patients at risk
- undermine the 10-Year Health Plan
