It's wild how bad the sleep schedule of so many of my Eurasian friends are. Like, I usually go to sleep around 23, which I already think is kinda late, but some of them go to sleep at like 4 in their time. Like, I'm happy I get to talk them for longer, but I'm also worried about their health.
