I don't understand how this game came out & people with very similar or near identical specs can have such varying performance. It ran perfectly fine for me (4090) but for a friend who has only a slightly worse pc than mine (4070) couldn't get the game to boot without the sky looking like this

I had a lot of problems with MH Wilds but I have to be honest they were marinated under a thick sauce of absolutely terrible performance. If this owning DLC makes the game better shit is true then it's probably one of the worst optimization failures ever, up with the GTAV loading bug.

I have to choose my 4O1k withholdings soon. I started really late in the game for my own lack of financial education. But knowing that faith in the dollar is eroding fast, gold is nearly 5k an oz. Ect. It feels like saving for retirement is re-arranging deck chairs on the titanic.
