I used to write song lyrics some years ago. Now I’m hoping to publish a book of poems, but I rarely find time to work on the manuscript. Time management is a tricky thing.

This was the other poem inspired by the photograph...I decided to go with the shorter poem:

a leaf half in fall
half refusing gravity
an invisible thread
holds its stillness
silently musing the sky
