Watch Tesla FSD v14.1 try to run a red light at a busy intersection.

Elon Musk says that this dangerous and defective software will operate unsupervised by the end of the year.

Do you believe him?

This is near 100% confirmation that Tesla won't get a permit to roll out FSD Supervised in Europe.

My hunch is that the Regulator needs Tesla's FSD data, which Tesla has refused to submit even to regulators in California since 2014.

I wonder what Tesla has to hide?

The California DMV mandates that drivers move over and slow down for stationary first responders with their emergency lights on. In four consecutive tests, Tesla FSD v14.1.4 tried to illegally speed past a police car with its emergency lights on, at up to 11 mph over the limit.

FSD must be banned.

Unless Musk gets Secretary Duffy (whom he called "Sean Dummy") to bend the rules, Cybercab output is capped at 2,500.

If Tesla heeds FMVSS by putting a steering wheel & gas/brake pedals in the Cybercab, it'll be a bigger flop than the Cybertruck. Who buys 2-seaters?

tesla “Robotaxi” is actually fully operating at level 2 – with a driver in the driver’s seat, holding the steering wheel, so it’s functionally no different than getting in an Uber with a driver who turns on FSD

Watch Cybertruck Full Self-Driving v14.1.7 try to turn left when cars are approaching and then stop in a lane of oncoming traffic, forcing the driver to take over and reverse.

He is the face of the elite impunity that is destroying this country.

His freedom is one of the most important political issues of our time.
Again, it is unbelievable that this man is permitted to walk free after causing the deaths of potentially millions of people. www.nytimes.com/2025/11/18/u...

They have none of the upside they had in 2023, but the P/E is still 9x - 9x! - mkt avg.

Eventually they will run out of "greater fools" and this will unwind like Enron and 2008 combined.

Nutshell:
- EV sales tanked, rivals have much better cars & cheaper
- BESS sales are strong, but not as strong as rivals who have much better batteries
- FSD is way worse than rivals, at best limited to US market
- robots are way behind the Chinese in terms of cost and functionality.
