Ye, and like. Full disclosure, I was in that trench, I was that kid taking forever to scoot across the narrow walkways in Kokiri Village because analog controls were strange and weird!

and it's kind of worth it - it's the only way the sub-items/ocarina notes feel right, but... that's so much effort, for, what is at this point, a King's Field contemporary with better publicity and presentation.

i feel like a lot of people that get pushy about it don't really realize is it was really a big "you had to be there" moment, both for the impact of the graphic leap and easier access to the intended controls. like, you CAN play it with an N64 controller these days, with some sicko cost/dedication.
