Man muss sich das einmal bildlich vorstellen. Die Politik hat beim Bürgergeld einen extrem weiten Gestaltungsspielraum, der auf einer Seite zum Schutz der Menschenwürde durch die Verfassung minimal begrenzt wird. Und die SPD zielt bewusst auf die Grausamkeit, die sie gerade noch für zulässig hält.
