To generate the most bland profile picture you've ever seen and to make fake videos to clap at like a drooling toddler? All while it "hallucinates" and lies to you, telling you to eat rocks or failing basic math problems? Come on now. This will only get worse, AI feeding on itself by lazily webscraping will ensure this was all for nothing as it feeds itself hallucinations more and more until no data is reliable. The potential catastrophic impacts AI will have on our ability to define fact from fiction and capability to keep accurate records are NOT worth it. Altman morally ought to commit harakiri for being the face of the technology that takes away our souls.
