Reading all this discourse about complicity in the Epstein case & I keep thinking of a convo I had with a Crown attorney once.
She prosecuted animal cruelty & said "We can't ever find lawyers willing to defend animal abusers. Rapists? Child molesters? Wife beaters? Sure. But animal abusers? Never."

Kinda hard to ever be taken seriously when it comes to child or revenge porn ever again. Everyday there’s some new looking glass to cross thru but this one is particularly gross. Not long ago being in the same space or adjacent to such things was morally unconscionable. Now, officially, “meh”.
