Deregulation is not the answer, despite what some billionaires (!!!) say. Not in planning, not for environmental protection, and not for human rights. But there is a concerted push to present this tried & failed approach as a new, high-tech innovation. It isn't.

No, there is no ceasefire in Gaza
Israel’s bombing of Gaza is not a ‘violation of the ceasefire'. It is a continuing genocide under diplomatic cover.

Former FG TD John Deasy giving the game away.

This is the plan of FF/FG on immigration - use it to distract from their failures on housing.

Don't let them. Don't be distracted.

They're the reason there are 16,000+ homeless now, and why it will continue to get even worse.

How have we all collectively memory-holed the fact that the government previously mandated lower apartment design standards in 2015 over "viability concerns"?

The result was rapid rental price inflation.
