...Is this the first time Nintendo *explicitly* acknowledged enbies?

Like, we've had characters whose gender is unknown or unmentioned, and plenty of androgynous visual designs, but it was always on the player to extrapolate intent. So to suddenly NAMEDROP "nonbinary" as a gender option is unreal

The altnps account is the 13th most followed account on Bluesky and has more followers than every single news outlet other than the NYT, NPR and Meidas Touch on here. They actively spread misinformation and exploit gullible old people for cash. Accounts this unethical do not deserve to exist.
Completely insane. AltNPS claimed to know the name of Alex Pretti's killer, refused to say it because "the truth always comes out," and then just deleted the post.

A man was executed on the street in my hometown, and AltNPS is using that as an excuse to vaguepost for attention.

Looking into the laptop market for the first time in years, and holy hell I didn't realize how shoehorned AI has been for them. Literally every single listing touts an "NPU" and CoPilot integration. I'm having Wii U flashbacks where you're forced to pay a premium for hardware nobody cares about

I understand why so many people outright reject Discord DMs from unknown users, but I could never bring myself to do the same. Not for any moral or philosophical reason, but because once in a blue moon I'll get something like this

Funny how my introduction with Godot was trying to get the GameCube Adapter working with it natively. This inadvertently caused me to zero-in on the nuances of its buildsystem, a key aspect of why I'm employed by the foundation today

Thanks for the cheap-ass proprietary hardware Nintendo, I owe ya'

I was wondering why I haven't seen more people hyped over AsumSaus giving Slap City genuine coverage in their latest video, only to remember that the overwhelming majority of the platform fighter community refuses to leave Twitter

...That's quite thematically appropriate, now that I think about it

AsumSaus with actual Slap City representation that isn't just a passing comment, but an actual 10 minute breakdown on why the game's Slap™s?

You fucking love to see it

Saw some people worried the Discord AI survey is a password grabber because it wasn't tied to an official post. While the latter is an indication it was probably meant to be internal, the former *was* legit. This can be verified with the same domain being utilized here:

The full quote starts out with an interesting, if misinformed, distinction:

"So first off – there is not going to be any GenAI art in Divinity."

I can see a lot of pivoting like this in the future, where executives will want to use GenAI for everything except "traditional"/"fine" art
Larian CEO says Divinity could have gen AI assets in it but only if the tools are trained on the studio's own data.

"If we use a GenAI model to create in-game assets, then it'll be trained on data we own."

Really cool how BlueSky lets you curate your newsfeed to only the areas you explicitly show interest in and just kidding it's all sports and entertainment fuck you

Wow it’s almost like putting “embrace AI” in your headline is going to deter people from actually reading into the fact that they want the kind of AI that aids in production and doesn’t replace workers

Out of nearly 100 qrts, there was EXACTLY one that rightfully called out this article as clickbait and provided a contextual screenshot of what they actually meant

This isn't Gen AI, nor is it a misinformed executive. It's the same team that weathered the CGI boom saying they're ready for round two

Well, that's annoying

Metroid Prime 4 has support for using the right joycon as a mouse, and the Switch 2 outright says it supports detaching the Joy Con controllers, but this seems to not apply to handheld mode? Sure, this is a niche setup, but I'm shocked it doesn't function *period*

( Spoilers for Kirby Air Riders )

The amount of self-restraint it must've taken to not plaster this shit in the marketing of the game is saintly. This is EXACTLY as stupid and overpowered as it looks, and I love it
November 26, 2025 at 12:04 AM
The level of polish for even the most niche elements of Air Riders has been a joy to dig into. For instance: you might already know each rider has a dedicated animation for ramming into a wall; however, there's *additional* animations for characters with altered physical states in the air!

No more reposts or signal-boosts for people who screenshot text without a link. It’s 2025, and I am done even allowing for the possibility of good faith. You are denying readers context and depriving a writer and their outlet of any chance of profit, all for the sake of boosting your own clout. No.

Hey look, Israel broke the cease-fire, twice, in two different ways, within 24 hours - again.
NEW: Israel informed the UN it will permit only 300 aid trucks into Gaza daily, not the 600 mandated by the ceasefire it just signed.
