For Trump the presidency was a way to stay out of prison, but for all the toadies who chose to follow him into this criminal enterprise it may be quite the opposite. I do, in my optimistic moments, dream of the coming ‘Nuremberg’ trials of 2029.

Does our gas decarbonise other countries? Woodside asked the CSIRO to investigate in 2019 and they said that gas was of no help, or even hindered the uptake of renewable energy unless the countries buying Woodside’s gas had a high carbon price. We 1) GIVE multi-national companies our finite gas resources FOR FREE to facilitate their profits, and emissions, and 2) CHARGE young Australians for an education that will facilitate an advanced future economy.
