It is now likely en route back to RUS. It is unknown if this flight had anything to do with the ongoing Kadyrov family drama but it is possible. The Kadyrov family are Muslims and there are some excellent hospitals in the UAE.

Apparently a very high level meeting took place at NATO Brussels today.
At least judging from fact that chief of SE Armed travelled to there.
