Russia is running a new marine spoofer in eastern Gulf of Finland.
Seem a combined circle and oval (new?) spoofer. It is rather leaky though and lots of ships are "sent" deep into Finland.
Theoretically this could direct a crude GPS-munition aimed at eg Primorsk into populated areas of Finland.
