This is just so horrific. I shop here regularly. I shouldn’t speculate, but it looks like it might be that the woman was turning left from Westwood onto Rochester, clipped the bicyclist driving north up Westwood, and panicked and mistook her gas for the brake. So tragic. abc7.com/post/2-dead-...
