Dinner in this house tends to be looking at what odds and sods in the fridge need using up, often vegetables, then taking some source of protein out of the freezer to go with them

Here are a couple of wifey's recent culinary creations, conjured up while I've been out at work ❤️

Wholetail scampi. Boiled asparagus heads and spring onions. Jacket potatoes with blitzed feta cheese and coriander/cilantro. Wifey does amazing jacket potatoes by microwaving them then crisping them up in the airfryer. This time, instead of using rock salt on the potato crusts, she used za'atar seasoning instead.

Apologies for awful photo. Essential tremor makes my hands shake. Crispy battered chicken balls with Thai sweet chilli sauce on a bed of boiled spring greens/collard greens with feta cheese. Beef dripping roast potatoes.

The recent ICE raid which emptied an entire apartment building was apparently at the request of Wells Fargo, which is trying to foreclose on the building.
