Illustrated story about how I ended up with my debt: “Ever since I was a little boy, l've always liked making and saving money. In Mexico (or at least where I'm from) we also get allowance from our parents, called "domingo" as it's given every Sunday. Unlike every other kid, I never really spent it in small toys or random candy, so from summer break to winter break I already had saved plenty of money, which I spent on either of three things: 1. Dinner with parents and sister (a drawing of kid me holding bills in my hand and saying “Tacos are on me!”) 2. Buying expensive stuff I really wanted (A drawing of a lava lamp) 3. Buy candy but to resell it (me next to a table with candy boxes and bags for sale) This was in Mexico in the 2000s, things weren't really that expensive, my dad didn't have the best job in the world and we could still afford nice vacations every now and then. *$ expressed in Mexican Pesos, roughly $18.50 MN - $1 USD, or $1 MXN - an USD nickel.

He used a soldering iron on his ankle monitor and lied about that. Burn marks on its circumference betrayed him.

Now, he's in custody.
