This often repeated story is infuriating. Customers are blamed as the problem when a huge part of the problem has to do with corporate structures.

They are squandering taxpayer money on losing cases prosecuted and defended by inept lawyers for the worst, least entertaining remake of the movie, “Wag The Dog” imaginable.
