So, a little over 2 years ago I put out this album with Ben from @aplaceforowls.bsky.social and I think it’s a perfect record for this time of year. You should check it out.

Btw, there are still tapes available through @filip.start-track.com

if you make audio plugins & you add a 'noise' option to make it more 'authentic / analog' & the default setting for this noise option is ANYTHING but 0% / 'off'

i will find you and do the Star Trek II ear bugs thing to you

These guys are a little noisy, but they really do warm things up. Great to have in your rack.

Get in the spirit with an excellent Christmas album!
well it's officially the season so here's a reminder to put on the Fur Trader Christmas compilation called Harps of Gold while you decorate. With appearances by @rossingram.bsky.social and @gmiddleb.bsky.social and Naomi Middlebrooks, it's fun and warm for the whole family!

big late breaking news: the market monitor for the largest energy grid in the u.s., covering much of the midwest and mid-atlantic, has called to block new data centers connections to the grid, saying current course of growth assures regular blackouts
No more PJM data centers unless they can be reliably served: market monitor
The PJM Interconnection’s market monitor urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to rule that large data centers can only come online if the grid operator can still meet reliability metrics.

AI-generated music can only “create” within the parameters of the human-generated music that already exists.

If the music you make can be accurately recreated by AI in a way that successfully tricks large groups of people, there is something deeply wrong.
