Yes, fight like hell for individuals like Kilmar Abrego Garcia. But by focusing on “extreme” cases that are such an obvious affront to “justice,” we are letting Trump win, that the horrors of sending HUNDREDS of people to a FOREIGN PRISON WITHOUT DUE PROCESS somehow seems a distant concern.
I see too many posts fixating on the release of one person without demanding a release of ALL those illegally, wrongfully “deported” to prison in El Salvador.
PLEASE demand release and due process for all political prisoners!

Bukele now using the “deported” prisoners as political pawns w Venezuela:::

“President Nicolas Maduro has demanded El Salvador release hundreds of Venezuelans who were deported from the US, who he described as being “kidnapped,” after his Salvadoran counterpart earlier proposed a prisoner swap.”

I lost my son Oscar to MS-13, but I’m still against deporting people to prison in El Salvador without due process. Sharing what I learned in the MS-13 murder trial and calling for ALL those deported to ES prisons without due process to be released. 🙏

It was clear as day what Elon was actually doing.

You must now assume he controls every single piece of sensitive data the government has on you from tax records to health and student loan records. He has it all.

2/Will the government return a Maryland man improperly deported to El Salvador? A federal judge gave them until Monday to do so. DOJ asked Judge Paula Xinis to pause her order, but she declined to do so. I review the facts of the case which are not as the Trump admin has publicly presented them.

NEW decision today by federal court judge that there is NO EVIDENCE that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a gang member and that the U.S. govt has the ability to return him to the U.S. from El Salvador.

NEW Judge says in a written decision Sunday there's "no evidence" man mistakenly deported to El Salvador is a gang member, contrary to Trump administration claims.

And the judge finds that the US can bring the man back.

Waiting for a decision on appeal.

The tattoo on Suárez’s neck is of a colibrí, a hummingbird. Other tattoos innocuous. Nevertheless, they may be why Suárez has been effectively disappeared by the US government into a Salvadoran mega-prison.

“The admin’s purported justification for seeking to deport children is ensuring they are not victims of human trafficking or other exploitation.”

But if that were the case, the Trump admin would not be diverting DHS agents that have been combating human and drug trafficking. More ⬇️
