And this is why I can never make plans for my birthday. The woes of a January baby.
The Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum and Adler Planetarium will be closed to the public on Friday due to “dangerously cold weather conditions,” according to an announcement late Thursday.

All three museums on Chicago’s Museum Campus will close due to the extreme weather, but expect to reopen on Saturday.

Pew Research Institute (2023):

• Red State Texas has about 2.1 million undocumented immigrants

• Red State Florida has 1.6 M undocumented immigrants

• Blue State Minnesota has 130,000.

And yet only Minnesota is being occupied by masked thugs over "immigration."

It's *not* about immigration.

This is amazing. I would go to Seattle just to buy a plant at the gay plant store. And I can't keep any plants alive!
If you are in Seattle, please go patronize this store because this is amazing content/promo 😂 (laughing to keep from crying, and I do kind of low-key want that orange spider plant I have never seen that before)

You'd think as things get worse more and more people would admit they made a mistake supporting Trump. But history suggests the opposite is true. As the social and moral cost of admitting they made a horrible error increases, plenty of prideful people will double down to avoid acknowledging it.

Use the good china!

I found fancy fountain pen inks dried out.

That expensive liquor oxidizes and changes flavor.

The lotion goes rancid.

Drink it, use it, don't save it for a brighter day. Find joy in your world. Grab Grandma's crystal for your morning juice. Don't wait. Life is short.

Open up this picture fully.

Then look at the surface of Mars.

Then look up to the top right.

Spot Mars' moon Phobos high in the sky.

Then notice the bright spot beside Phobos.

That's Earth.
