The worst of Alex's (false) claims was that someone followed her down the street (LOL). That apparently warrants raiding and violent, misogynistic arrests. A group of transphobes tried to kick my door in, and those same cops refused to investigate. Make it make sense!!

As a trans person who has been hate crimed and harassed multiple times in this same town, I find it laughable that Alex wants us to believe she didn't use her position as an MP to harass these constituents. I have reported harassment several times to the same cops, with no action being taken.

Alex has dragged this out for over a year. The police raided and arrested my neighbours after a single phone call from her, requiring not even a witness statement on the alleged "harassment".

We do not live in a functioning democracy if an elected official can have constituents raided, arrested and convicted for drawing attention to their voting record.

The court did no cross examination on her and required no evidence for her spurious claims. The judge found my neighbours guilty of harassment, despite *Alex* approaching *them*, despite Alex using her position to have their home raided, and to have police harass them for a year.

My MP, @alexdaviesjones.bsky.social is an affront to democracy. Last year, she set the police on two of my neighbours for the crime of drawing attention to her voting record on Palestine. This week, she, A "Minister of Justice", stood in a courtroom and lied through her teeth.

So many disabilities need serious help but also are not asymmetrical in this way, so they’ll lose out on PIP. It’s ridiculous that we’ve had to document to a stranger when we were suicidal and how long it takes us to shit, the humiliation of it all, and now they’re taking it off people.

All the way up to possibility of setting the house on fire, you know. So 4 points in a single category is already possibility of randomly dying because of your disability. I personally think that’s quite a high bar for support!

The Disability Price Tag report of 2024 by Scope (updated annually) put the current extra cost per month on average for a disabled household at £1010. PER MONTH. And our Labour government wants to slash the support money people are offered?

For last year, the DWP release figures that there was 0% fraud for PIP, so the announcement that they're going to make PIP harder to get is just admitting they are restricting it from people who could and should be in receipt of PIP.

If you've been through the process of claiming PIP you'll know that anyone "faking" a disability would give up and go back to working. Disability fraud just does not happen. You know what happens? Severe, widespread poverty and trauma at the hands of the DWP.
