Whenever anyone says that Israel is a great ally of the US, just remember that Netanyahu gave a hero's welcome to Jonathan Pollard when he arrived in Israel in December 2020.

Pollard was served 30 years of a life sentence for spying for Israel.

I was discussing this issue with an OT with experience in this area and he advised against getting Ring or anything that relies on cloud storage in favour of a system that recorded to a hard disk in home.
