Was into UK/Irish horse racing: now observing from arm's length. Worked for a 'newspaper' that masqueraded as 'The Sporting Life' from 1994-97. Interests: Sport (primarily Cricket), Music (primarily Ska, Reggae, 70s Disco, early 80s), Animals & long walks.
Makes me sick, sick, siiiiiick... Farage & Reform, right-wing ****s, have got the #BBC - what's left of it - & #Sky in their pockets. Devoting a chunk of their News-coverage this morning to yet another Reform presser.

Carry on like this and it's only a matter of time before I get my news elsewhere.

RIP the BBC... well if we're not there yet, we're close. For sure #BBCNews has never been worse. On the main BBC One bulletins, they take the and-finallys more seriously than what real news they choose to put out.

Is there any chance that #Sky could buy what's left of the #BBC, as well as #ITV?
