You know the world is shit and the new house has had many horrible surprises for us but today I saw a squirrel on our back wall when I thought we wouldn't get any where we are now. I can't tell you the joy it brought to my face to see that little furball jump along the wall like a total idiot 🥰

Our house was built in 1880ish. Been in the loft clearing some rubbish (started yesterday) so we can insulate better. Found an incredibly well preserved bible just sitting in the old insulation with a note from exactly 104 years ago to the day.
