This is a surprise, I had assumed that the court would allow them to proceed with the full case. It'll be interesting to read the decision!

Like I don't think you should be able to defect to another party, that's not right. But sometimes people have to leave their parties when their parties do something horrendous; like doing a 180 on minority rights.

Last year Reform sources said Suella Braverman was "too disruptive" to join and they wouldn't take her.
Also her husband defected to Reform, then left 6 months later.
