At long last, all remaining print copies of my first game are now in my possession after literal years. I have not held a physical copy of this game since 2022.

If you are the praying type please throw up some for a proposal we sent to Alabama Department of Environmental Management in partnership with a local University. If approved we could get all the resources we need to repair the land for our community farm. www.youtube.com/watch?v=UD_C...

Book #36 of 2025 is in the books. The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins is my least favorite of the five Hunger Games books, but still enjoyable.

Alternatively, I could make the cards tarot sized since each monster has an upright version and a reversed version. 🤔
Spent my morning writing rules / mechanics for an 18 card solo-monster dueling card game. I think I will design it to fit in a small metal mint tin so that it's portable.

Journey into wild Alabama: America's Amazon | AL.com
The Mobile River Basin is one of the planet's treasures, a cradle of biodiversity. But can it last? Neglect, habitat wreckage and pollution are slowly bringing this magical place to its knees.

57yrs ago today the world lost a saint. Rest In Peace brother Merton.

“Peace demands the most heroic labor and the most difficult sacrifice. It demands greater heroism than war. It demands greater fidelity to the truth and a much more perfect purity of conscience.”

Alabama’s attorney general Steve Marshall’s list for blood is bewildering.
Spare a thought today for Joseph “Jody” Smith, an Alabama man who courts have repeatedly determined is intellectually disabled but who our attorney general is petitioning SCOTUS for permission to execute anyway. His case is being argued today.

It’s weird when non-Christians and evangelicals both read Matthew 24:1-2 As anti-temple / anti-Jewish. (The later group thinking it’s a positive thing.)

Because the temple that existed in Jesus’ day was literally the project of King Herod. A Roman puppet king and murderer.

Context is key.

One of my favorite weird but dumb games I ever designed was B.F.R. All players control the same robot. It was all hand drawn (- the robot) on my old iPad. I did not edit the grammar or text even a little. Figured it added to the charm. The entire game fit on one page (which should not be legal.)
